I don't think Sen. Britt has the maturity or character to talk to the Dems for working out our country's immigration and border problems.https://t.co/4pDSHUfLjChttps://t.co/z5viqqqE8k#alpolitics https://t.co/XcxVCrVmSI

Subject: Senator Britt's visit and hope for K-12 education
Hello Dylan.
We had an email interchange in 2021.
Seeing Sen..Britt's visit to I3 Academy prompts me to send you this email in hope for K-12 education in Alabama.
I have only a general citizen interest in K-12 education, as to which you are dedicating your professional life.
With the immense contentiousness about what to do concerning K-12 education in Alabama, I wish for there to be a leader in Alabama who has the trust and respect of Alabamians to be able to develop a consensus around priorities and steps to take to try to solve the great problems that K-12 education faces in Alabama.
It would be nice to think that Sen. Britt has the potential to be such a leader.
If you and others at I3 Academy think Sen. Britt is potentially such a leader who can be a source of hope for K-12 education in Alabama, I hope you and they will urge Sen. Britt to become that leader.
Best wishes towards that end.
Sincerely,
Rob Shattuck
I emailed Dr. Ferniany, Chief Academic Officer at @i3academy_, suggesting Sen. Britt could be a leader who is able to develop a consensus about how to try to solve the great problems that K-12 education faces in Alabama.
