Subject: Postelection campaign against Alabama TV stations
Dear Jack and UACCIS Dean Butler:
This is the email that I tweeted I would be sending you to continue my expression of complaints against Alabama TV stations, which complaints are most recently set out at https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/10/how-do-al-tv-stations-live-up.html.
I will post this email at https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/11/postelection-campaign-against-al-tv.html, where I am proceeding with a postelection campaign against Alabama TV stations.
My tweet (at https://twitter.com/RobShattuckAL06/status/1589637189503430656) was a retweet of a UACCIS tweet, which tweet said, "Thank you to C&IS alumnus Jack Royer for encouraging the next generation of aspiring journalists yesterday by providing insight into the career path and encouraging students to find their authentic self!"
I hope "the next generation of aspiring journalists students [finding] their authentic self" includes watching Brian Stelter's final Reliable Sources show at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQ_41dD3lWE. See https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/08/brian-stelter-trump-al-tv-stations.html.
My postelection campaign against Alabama TV stations will piggy back on what I say in the below email to Megan Scarano (posted at https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/10/how-do-al-tv-stations-live-up.html), which email discusses the education issue.
I propose to apply the same to discuss the "election integrity" issue in the coming days.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Rob Shattuck

Subject: WVTM's Susana Schuler editorialized in January 2021
Dear Alabama TV stations once again:
I should conclude that I am not going to budge you one iota regarding editorializing.
I am aware that WVTM's Susana Schuler editorialized in January 2021 per https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2021/01/open-reply-to-susana-schuler.html.
It would be nice if other Alabama TV stations informed me of editorializing they have done.
Something beautiful at democracy's root about which Alabama TV stations could editorialize this week is "Election integrity and election denying."
Let me know.
Thanks.

11/11/22 Email to UACCIS Dean Butler expressing dismay

Subject: I am dismayed
Dear UACCIS Dean Butler:
On Nov 2nd UACCIS tweeted a thanks to visiting C&IS alumnus Jack Royer. ttps://twitter.com/UACCIS/status/1587850135589031937.
I quote retweeted the UACCIS tweet, saying I would send Jack and UACCIS an email continuing my expression of complaints against Alabama TV stations. https://twitter.com/RobShattuckAL06/status/1589637189503430656.
On Tuesday I sent the below email to Jack and you, which email I posted at https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/11/postelection-campaign-against-al-tv.html.
Following sending the foregoing email, I saw Jack's November 1st Facebook post thanking @uaccis and @ua_jcm for having him on campus to speak to future journalists, and also saw CBS42's Lilliian Lalo's comment on Jack's post, saying ""Glad I could join. Fabulous facility, faculty, and students!"
Yesterday morning I posted a reply to Lillian's comment on Jack's Facebook, my reply saying, "Do you think Jack Royer should reply to the email I sent to him that is set out at the below link? Will you or someone else at CBS42 reply to the email? https://al6thcongdist-ihaveuntiljan13.blogspot.com/2022/11/postelection-campaign-against-al-tv.html."
This morning I found that my reply to Lillian had been deleted and that I was blocked from seeing Jack's Facebook.
To hone my understanding of what I am complaining about, I have consulted the Radio Television Digital News Association's code of ethics set out at https://www.rtdna.org/content/rtdna_code_of_ethics.
I think that code of ethics bolsters me in my pushing.
If anyone has any comments, I am most interested.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Rob Shattuck
